Ingredients:
4 small Roma tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)
1/2 cup red onion, diced
2 Tbsp cilantro, minced
2 Tbsp lime juice, fresh squeezed
1 tsp jalapeņo, seeded & minced
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground to taste
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Pinch cayenne pepper
Directions:
Add ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix well. What could be simpler? Oh, yeah! Opening the chips and
putting them in a bowl next to the salsa.
