Buckwheat Applesauce Bread

Yield: 1 loaf

2 tsp Yeast
1 c Unbleached flour
3/4 c Bread flour
1/4 c Buckwheat flour
1/2 c Applesauce
1 ts Salt
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 c Water

DIRECTIONS:

If you have a bread machine, place all ingredients in machine and
push START. If you don't, proceed as for ordinary yeast bread.
