Corn Bread

1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
1 16 oz. can corn, creamed
3/4 cup soy milk
1 EnerG egg replacer equivalent

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl. Spread into a greased 9x9 in
baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
If making muffins, grease the muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
