Cashew Loaf
Source: Tasty Vegan Delights

Mix well in a large bowl:

3/4 cup raw cashews, coarsely ground
1 cup soy milk
1 medium onion, chopped fine, or 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 cup fresh whole-wheat bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dried parsley, pwodered with fingers, or 1/4 cup fresh paresley, snipped
with scissors
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 cup quick oats

DIRECTIONS:

Pour into greasted baking dish. Bake at 250 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until
firm and lightly golden.

Serves: 6
