Skillet Corn Bread
Source: 3ABN/Paula Eakins

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp. baking powder, aluminum free
3 Tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. sea salt
3 Tbsp. fructose
1 1/4 cups soymilk

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a bowl, add dry ingredients.

Add soymilk and oil, stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Do not beat.

Lighlty spray skillet with oil, pour in batter mixture, bake in hot oven for 30
minutes.

Serves: 8
