Prep Time About 20 minutes minutes

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked rice
2 cans Worthington FriChikŪ chicken substitute
1 teaspoon vegan chicken seasoning
2/3 cup potato chips (optional)

Directions:

1. In medium fry pan, heat oil. Add celery and onion and saute until
softened. Remove from heat.

2. In large mixing bowl, combine soup, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, rice,
WORTHINGTON FRICHIK, and seasoning. Stir in sauteed celery and onions. Spread
in 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with
potato chips, if desired.

3. Bake at 350° F about 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
