Ingredients:
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen stew vegetables
1/3 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 can (13 oz.) Worthington Loma Linda Swiss Stake
Directions:
1. Place stew vegetables in 2-quart rectangular glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
Layer Worthington Loma Linda Swiss Steak on top of vegetables. Rinse can with water and pour over Swiss Stake.
2. Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 350° F for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
