Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium green peppers cut into strips
2 carrots, sliced diagonally
1 can (12.5 oz.) Worthington FriChik chicken substitute
4 green onions, sliced diagonally
3 cups cooked brown rice
Seasoning Sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. In a large skillet on high heat, stir fry walnuts in oil for 3 minutes.
Remove walnuts and set aside.
2. Add green peppers and carrots to skillet; stir fry until crisp tender.
Remove vegetables and set aside.
3. Add WORTHINGTON FRICHIK to skillet. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add seasoning, sauce, walnuts, green peppers, carrots and green onions to FRICHIK.
Toss together until thoroughly coated.
4. Serve over warm rice.
