     Ingredients:


     Mango Chutney:

     1 1/2  cups chopped mango
     1  clove garlic
     1/4  cup chopped red onion
     1/4  cup chopped green pepper
     1/4  cup chopped sweet red pepper
     1/4  cup lime juice
     2  teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
     1/4  cup sugar
     1/4  teaspoon salt

 
     Kabobs:

     1  can (20 oz.) Worthington Loma Linda Low Fat Meatless Big Franks
     1  cup pineapple chunks
     1  green pepper cut into 3/4-inch chunks
     1  sweet red pepper cut into 3/4-inch chunks
     1  tablespoon soy sauce
     4 cups  cooked brown rice
     8  wooden or metal skewers



     Directions:


     Mango Chutney:

     Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Blend until slightly chopped.
     Do not puree. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


     Kabobs:

     Cut Big Franks into bite-size pieces. On each skewer, thread Big Frank piece, pineapple and peppers.
     Sprinkle soy sauce evenly over Kabobs. Grill or broil until lightly browned and heated through.
     Serve over cooked rice with Mango Chutney.
