     Ingredients:


     carrots
     broccoli
     onion
     garlic
     green cabbage
     barley
     vegetable bouillon
     rice paper
     corn starch
     healthy oil
     Hoisin sauce



     Directions:


     Boil some barley in vegetable stock until barley is cooked but not mushy.  Thicken it up with some corn starch.

     In a fry pan sauté:  carrots cut into short julienne strips, chopped onions, garlic, and cabbage.
     Grab some broccoli and cut it into small bits into your pan. I like to cook it mid-to high heat to get the veggies a little browned but
     at the same time keeping them crisp. You don't want to over cook them because it's best if they are still crunchy.
     Spoon out some barely from your pot and add it to the mix (save the rest for soup),  add some Hoisin sauce and your ready to make
     a wrap.

     Soak a piece of rice paper for a minute, place it on a plate, add a helping of your yummy veggies, roll it up and squish in each end
     back into itself to make a nice little package of veggies. Repeat.
