     Ingredients:


     1 cup sunflower seeds
     1/4 cup sesame seeds (or flax, mustard, cumin)
     2 zucchinis
     1 carrot
     1 small beet
     2 onions
     2 cloves of garlic
     1/2 cup of hot water
     1/3 cup of sunflower oil
     1/2 cup engevita yeast
     2 tablespoon tamari
     pinch of nutmeg, pinch of cinnamon
     basil, thyme, cayenne



     Directions:


     Grate zucchini, carrots, and beet.  Chop onion, mince garlic.  You may want to grind the sunflower seeds in a coffee grinder, or
     not...depending on the texture you desire for your pate.  Mix all ingredients together and spread in a 8x10 oven dish. 
     Bake for 35 minutes at 350 F.

     Use this spread in sandwiches, on a baguette, vegan crackers, or just with a side dish.

     Serves: 4 and more.
