Orange-Strawberry Salad

     Ingredients:

     Dressing

     1   teaspoon grated orange peel
     1/4 cup orange juice
     2   tablespoons sugar
     2   tablespoons lemon juice
     1   tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
     1   tablespoon vegetable oil
     1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
     1/4  teaspoon sal

     Salad

     3   oranges, peeled, sliced
     1   cup sliced fresh strawberries
     6   cups salad greens


     Directions:


     1.    In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients.

     2.    Serve oranges and strawberries on salad greens. Serve with dressing.


     Planned-Overs:
     This refreshing dressing is also nice to have around for dressing up fruity pasta salads. Or drizzle it over
     melon cubes tossed with banana slices.

     Substitution:
     If you like cilantro, you can use it instead of the parsley.
