     Ingredients:


     26 ounce broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
     3 ounce butter
     1 teaspoon brown sugar
     3 tablespoons (45ml) soya sauce
     2 teaspoons (10ml) white vinegar
     1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
     2 cloves garlic, minced
     3 ounce chopped salted cashews



     Directions:


     1.  Steam or boil the broccoli till tender but still crisp-about 7 mins. Drain, and arrange broccoli on a serving
          platter.

     2.  While the broccoli is cooking, melt the butter in a small frypan or pot over medium heat.
          Mix in the brown sugar, soya sauce, vinegar, pepper and garlic. Bring to a boil (make sure it doesn’t burn)
          then remove from the heat.

     3.  Mix in the cashews, and pour the garlic butter sauce over the broccoli. Serve immediately.
