This is a plant-based poached “egg” alternative designed to mimic the look, texture, and runny yolk experience of a traditional poached egg without using any animal products. It’s perfect for topping avocado toast, Benedicts, noodle bowls, or other dishes where you’d normally use a poached egg — all while being cholesterol-free and vegan.

Typical Ingredients:

  • Water

  • Sunflower oil

  • Soy protein

  • Chickpea protein

  • 2% or less of: potato starch, yeast, seaweed extract, beta carotene & paprika extract (for color), pectin, calcium lactate, salt, potassium salt, lecithin, guar gum, carob gum, xanthan gum, maltodextrin, methylcellulose

  • Contains: soy (major allergen) due to the soy protein used.
